ACTING CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Our Mission: To support today's students to work with them tomorrow. We want to build a strong, diverse, talent rich community. We encourage an open dialogue and have an open door policy for any questions or concerns regarding your training and career development.

We're proud to work with a diverse group of working actors that are passionate about the craft and just overall awesome people. Some work alongside casting, some are award-winning performers. Many write, produce, and direct, too! Our goal is to provide a variety of practical, healthy, and proven techniques so you're able to find what works for YOU.

These part-time Film/TV acting classes are held in our casting studios to give each student the opportunity to explore, fail, and learn in a space they'll also work in when they come to audition!

Explore. Learn. Play. In a safe and supportive environment.

The focus of the Meisner approach is for the actor to "get out of their head". Meisner is the beginning of all acting. It guides you to the truth of yourself and demands you work from a level of sharp listening, moment to unanticipated moment. Through word repetitions and improv, your blocks will fade and you will begin to live truthfully in the moment. It’s the unlocking of any cage an actor may find themselves in and the freedom to breathe in a scene. There is a greater focus on the other actor than one's internal thoughts or feelings associated with the character.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Here, it's all about YOU. Lesson plans will be catered to your desired focus. This is a great option for actors unable to make it to a weekly group class, or have a specific focus in mind and prefer to work one-on-one.

Each lesson runs 1 hour long. Multi-lesson packages available. Scheduling will be based on the coach's and your availability. For cancellations and rescheduling, we require up to 24 hours notice. Some exceptions may apply.

AUDITION COACHINGS

Have an upcoming audition? Awesome!

Work one-on-one with a coach and get that second eye to make sure you're not missing a single beat. Every moment matters and a coach can help you bring everything together. You know what they say, two brains work better than one!

1 Hour minimum per booking. If you need to put the audition on tape, please include your submission deadline for reference.
