What are the costs?

Billing is based on time booked. Rates below include tax.

15 Minutes - $30.00
30 Minutes - $50.00
45 Minutes - $62.00
60 Minutes - $74.00
75 Minutes - $104.00
90 Minutes - $124.00
105 Minutes - $136.00
120 Minutes - $148.00

Optional for Additional Fee: Coaching Service
Coaching Fees vary ($65-$75, depending on the specific coach). Fees go directly to the coach so please bring cash or we can help arrange an E-Transfer.

Billing for a Coaching & Taping Session:
When adding a coaching to your taping session, only half the time will be billed for the taping fee as you've booked with a Shoreline coach.

Ex. In a 60-minute Coaching & Taping session, it'll be $65 to the coach, and $50 for the taping (discounted to 30 min rate).

To Change or Cancel Your Session: 
Notice must be given at least six (6) hours prior to your appointment time. 
Late Cancellations will result in a $20 Administration Fee per 30-minute booking 
(ie. $40 for 45 & 60-min sessions)

If coaching is arranged, late cancellations and no shows are subject to a 50% fee.

No Shows are subject to the full booking fee.

What's included in a session?

Accepted Answer

Each self-tape session includes:
Professional Studio
Lighting
Filming Equipment, Shotgun Microphone
Camera Operator / Reader
Editing
Delivery (to you and/or your agents)*

*If you need to upload it directly to a platform (ie. Actors Access or Casting Networks), please have your login information ready.

What happens after I fill out the form?

You will receive a confirmation email from tapings@shoreline-studios.com to confirm your appointment. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

Question 4

Can I get coaching in my taping session?

Accepted Answer

Of course! If you'd like to add coaching to your session, simply select 'Yes' under "Need A Coach?".

Note: Coachings are available for an additional fee. Coaching Fees vary between $65 - $75 per hour and are dependent on the specific coach. Fees go directly to the coach so please bring cash or we can help arrange an E-Transfer.

How many projects/auditions can I film per session?

To ensure that there is adequate time to edit your audition(s) and meet deadlines, there is a one (1) project limit per 15 minute increment.

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you're an actor currently attending weekly classes at the studio, you can take advantage of discounted rates on coaching and taping fees!

How will my auditions be sent?

Accepted Answer

Audition files are sent via WeTransfer.

If you have an audition link that the files must be uploaded to, please have any necessary login info ready.

When will I receive my auditions?

Accepted Answer

Auditions are typically sent out within 10-20 minutes! Please ensure that all submission deadlines are correctly stated on your form.

Can you print a copy of my sides?

Accepted Answer

If you weren't able to attach your sides or are no longer able to bring a copy, send them our way by replying to your confirmation email or directly to tapings@shoreline-studios.com.

What backgrounds do you have?

Every studio is equipped with blue and grey backdrops. Select studios also offer a white backdrop.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your session, please email us directly at: tapings@shoreline-studios.com.
